  4. Multi-Family Support Group
This psychotherapeutic educative-support group is for patients, parents, and siblings of individuals in various stages of recovery for eating disorders. The 8-week group is designed to open lines of communications between family members and families at large, allowing participants to better understand the disease, the effected family member, their own responses and needs, and their role as a support to the person in recovery. Loved ones learn to anticipate and handle the challenges of what is typically a long and convoluted recovery process. The exposure to others living through similar circumstances can be both comforting and enlightening. Currently in formation, this group will meet weeknights in Highland Park, Illinois from 7:00PM to 8:30PM. Abigail Natenshon will facilitate the group.

  5. After Care Group
This long-term aftercare psychotherapy/support group is for women between the ages of 19 and 45 who are transitioning back into the wider community after having been released from a hospital or residential care setting for eating disorders. Group members struggle with multiple addictions and mood disorders. This group is facilitated by Abigail Natenshon and meets in Highland Park Illinois on Monday nights from 7:00PM to 8:30 PM.
